Senior Executive - Communications, Engagement and Education

We are seeking a senior executive to lead our national communications, engagement and education functions. This critical role will shape strategies to build awareness of NDIS participant rights, strengthen provider capability and enhance our reputation as a trusted regulator.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement national communications, media and campaigns strategies with measurable outcomes.
  • Oversee educational resources for NDIS providers on their obligations under the NDIS Code of Conduct.
  • Foster relationships with key stakeholders including the NDIA, governments and the disability sector.
  • Ensure inclusive and accessible communications that meet WCAG 2.2 AA standards.
  • Explore new digital opportunities to enhance our communications and engagement approaches.

You must have extensive experience in senior executive roles within communications, engagement and/or education, ideally in a regulatory or disability context. You should possess outstanding leadership skills, strategic influence and stakeholder management skills.
