Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Pathology Collector to join our team. As a Pathology Collector, you will be responsible for collecting blood and coordinating specimen samples from patients. You will work closely with patients, healthcare professionals, and other stakeholders to provide high-quality patient care and deliver excellent customer service.

You will have the opportunity to work in various settings, including hospitals, clinics, and community health centers. We offer flexible scheduling options, including full-time, part-time, and casual roles.

As a Pathology Collector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and reliability of test results. You will also contribute to the overall success of our organization by providing exceptional patient care and delivering high-quality services.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A demonstrated experience and knowledge in Phlebotomy/Certificate III in Pathology Collection or a healthcare background
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with a high level of empathy
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work autonomously and independently
  • A valid Driver's license and flexibility to travel to multiple clinics
  • A working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
