Job Description:

As a seasoned Events Manager, you will be responsible for crafting exceptional corporate and wedding events that leave a lasting impression. With meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for innovative solutions, you will lead the events team in delivering unparalleled customer service, exceeding expectations, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and execute flawless events from conception to delivery, ensuring seamless collaboration with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to maximize revenue through upselling venue services and cross-selling property offerings.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external clients, fostering trust and loyalty throughout the event planning process.
  • Oversee end-to-end execution of all events over 12 guests, coordinating with external suppliers, venue managers, and stakeholders.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Extensive experience in event management (3-4 years management experience) in hospitality or a related field.
  • Exceptional organizational and time management skills with strong attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven track record of building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and event management software (e.g., Eventbrite, DEPHI5, or similar).
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required.
  • Qualification in Event Management or a related field is advantageous.
