Digital Records Specialist

Digital records play a vital part in any organization. As a key member of the information management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the integrity and accessibility of digital records.
Responsibilities:- You will assess business processes and systems to identify potential risks and recommend solutions to maintain record integrity.
- Engage with stakeholders to ensure compliance with legislative requirements and standards.
- Advise on disposal and archiving strategies to optimize data storage and retrieval.
- Support long-term preservation and access to high-value digital records.
- Maintain and enhance the Information Asset Register and related governance tools.
- You hold a tertiary qualification in Information Management, IT, Archives, or a related field, or equivalent experience in legal, financial, or government sectors.
- You have knowledge of records management legislation and standards.
- You possess experience with emerging technologies and modern digital recordkeeping practices.
- You demonstrate strong problem-solving skills for stakeholder and system-related issues.
- You have proven ability to build and manage stakeholder relationships.
