About the Role

The Community Fundraising Coordinator will be responsible for managing community fundraising campaigns, building relationships with donors, and promoting the organization's value proposition.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating events that raise funds and awareness for our cause.
  • Implementing a Fundraising Plan to engage schools, churches, and community groups.
  • Maintaining effective communication across the team on event progress.
  • Ensuring professional management of all events.

About You

We are looking for an organized individual with experience in event coordination, fundraising, and community engagement. You should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to build lasting relationships.

You should also have:

  • A degree in Event Management, Communications, or Marketing.
  • Experience in a community service or Not-for-Profit environment.
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in event management, communications, marketing, or similar.

Specific Requirements

The successful candidate must have:

  • A valid DHS: Child-Related Employment Screening/WWCC.
  • A current National Police Clearance.
  • Training - Child Safe Environments.
  • Ability and willingness to travel within South Australia as required.
  • A valid full South Australian drivers' license (C Class).
