HR Project Specialist Job Opportunity

Sodexo is a people business that values diversity and promotes equal opportunities. We are seeking an experienced HR project specialist to support and manage various HR projects and initiatives within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Smartpay Project from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within HR functions and develop strategies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Stay updated with relevant HR laws, regulations, and industry best practices, and assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret HR data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement, and prepare comprehensive reports and presentations for senior management.
  • Support the design and implementation of employee engagement initiatives and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR project management or a related role.
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, policies, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent Project Management skills, including prioritization, multitasking, and meeting deadlines.
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
