">About the Role:
">Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
">Full 360 recruitment for your own desk including lead generation and management.
">Business Development and Client Management – Building strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities through cold calling and targeted marketing efforts.
">Take part in daily job catch ups to contribute to team goals and objectives.
">Arrange and attend client meetings including regular contact and follow up opportunities.
">Attend training sessions and industry events to stay updated on market trends and best practices.
">Ad-hoc projects as required such as CRM/tech reviews, office design and culture changing ideas, website updates, and general marketing activities.
