Nurse Manager – Clinical Excellence

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced nursing professional to fill this pivotal role in our Acute & Urgent Care TQEH program.
- This dynamic leadership position requires a registered nurse with a strong clinical foundation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to drive innovation and excellence in clinical operations, workforce planning, staff wellbeing, and recruitment.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, conflict resolution, negotiation, and change management. They will also possess a strong understanding of healthcare legislation, nursing standards, quality improvement systems, and contemporary professional issues.

Key Responsibilities:
- Drive excellence in clinical operations, workforce planning, staff wellbeing, and recruitment
- Lead and manage a team of nurses and other healthcare professionals
- Develop and implement innovative projects and programs to enhance patient outcomes
- Analyse staffing trends and develop strategies to improve workforce efficiency
- Support succession planning and talent development initiatives
