About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Advisor to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have exceptional customer service skills and be able to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues alike.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Exceptional Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service face-to-face, ensuring all customers receive a positive experience.
  • Maintain Positive Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and colleagues, fostering a positive and supportive team environment.
  • Communicate Effectively: Regularly communicate with customers to provide updates and ensure all vehicles are completed and ready on time.
  • Handle Customer Concerns: Handle customer concerns and complaints promptly and effectively, providing solution-based outcomes.
  • Educate Customers: Offer accurate estimates for customers requiring additional work or repairs, educating them on the necessary services.
  • Be Proactive: Be a proactive and autonomous individual, willing to learn and grow, while being humble when mistakes are made.

Requirements:

  • Proven Experience: Proven experience as a Service Advisor highly desired, or experience in related fields such as Banking, Real Estate, or customer-facing roles.
  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent customer service skills with well-developed verbal and written communication skills.
  • Professional Presentation: Present professionally, with a proactive approach to tasks and responsibilities.
  • KPI Awareness: Experience working in a department where KPIs are used, understanding the importance of meeting targets and deadlines.
  • Sales Ability: Ability to sell additional work as required, demonstrating a strong understanding of sales principles.
  • Team Player: Willingness to work autonomously but thrive when part of a team, contributing to a positive and collaborative work environment.
  • Customer Focus: Strong focus on customer experiences, always looking for ways to improve and deliver outstanding results.
  • Pace and Pressure: Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing pressure and stress effectively.
