About the Role

Aesop is seeking a dynamic and results-driven leader to join our team as the Head of Online and Wholesale, ANZ. This role will be responsible for leading the Online and Wholesale teams in delivering exceptional customer experiences across the ANZ Region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and grow the Aesop ANZ Wholesale and Online Channels and teams in line with our regional plans and aspirations.
  • Develop and implement the ANZ Online and Wholesale Strategy and Go-To Market Plans, in line with the goals of the ANZ business.
  • Own the P&Ls for ANZ Online (including third-party digital) and Wholesale (Stockists, Amenities, and Corporate Gifting), Travel Retail, and Department Stores.
  • Collaborate with Regional and Global Aesop teams to ensure alignment of Online and Wholesale Channels to commercial and brand aspirations.
  • Build and grow relationships with partners through regular contact and communication.
  • Lead the day-to-day operations of these channels, including Online Customer Service, Online, Wholesale, Travel Retail, Inventory, and Operations.
  • Provide weekly sales updates to stakeholders, including KPIs, sales trends, and key drivers of performance.

  • Strong account management abilities and proven experience in partnering with major Department Stores, Online Resellers, and Duty-Free Partners.
  • Deep expertise in growing Online and Wholesale Channels through sales and operational excellence.
  • Proven track record of process improvement and change management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and drive outcomes by engaging and building effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
