Job Summary

We are seeking a passionate and reliable team member to join our crew as a Hospitality Ambassador. This role involves providing exceptional customer service, working in a fast-paced environment, and embracing our GYG values.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer service, ensuring every guest feels welcome and valued
  • Work effectively in a team environment, supporting colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant
  • Upsell menu items and promotions to increase sales and drive revenue growth
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and knowledge in hospitality and customer service
Requirements
  • Availability to work weekday shifts during school hours and late nights (after 10pm)
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience in hospitality is beneficial but not essential
