You will lead a team of engineers in adapting open-source products to meet stringent industry requirements.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute an engineering roadmap for the automotive team, ensuring compliance with industry standards such as ISO21434, ISO26262, and SOTIF.
  • Represent your company in the automotive community, working closely with customers, partners, and consortia to drive adoption and growth.
  • Build and lead a globally distributed team of engineers, fostering collaboration and excellence through coaching, feedback, and hands-on technical leadership.
  • Advocate for modern software development practices and help develop great engineering and organizational practices.
Your Skills and Experience
  • Strong background in Linux and open source software development.
  • Knowledge of automotive and industry standards such as ISO21434, ISO26262, SOTIF, and IEC 65108.
  • Experience in C/C++ and Python programming.
  • Practical experience in automotive, including functional safety, embedded systems, cloud, and related software trends.
  • Proven track record of timely delivery and high-quality software development.
  • Experience leading, managing, coaching, and mentoring software developers.
