We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our support team. As a key member, you will play a vital role in empowering people with disability to achieve their potential and live the life they choose.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide person-centred support services that cater to individual needs and goals
  • Work collaboratively with customers, families, and other support staff to ensure seamless care
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers, promoting their independence and autonomy

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Certificate III in Individual Support, Disability, Personal Care or above
  • NDIS Worker Screening Check (must) and First Aid Certificate HLTAID011 or HLTAID012
  • Experience working with clients with complex needs and behavioural issues (desired)
