Customer Service Representative Opportunities
We are seeking an experienced customer service professional to join our team.
Job DescriptionThe key responsibilities will include:
- Proactively managing assigned customers;
- Ensuring a high level of customer service to facilitate client access to Independent Medical Exams and other services according to client needs;
- Promptly answering client calls and managing appointments and inquiries following procedures;
- Delivering superior customer service and liaison to key stakeholders;
- Actively promoting new products/services to existing clients.
To be successful, you must have:
Required Skills and Qualifications- A minimum 2 years of experience in an inbound/outbound phone-based customer service role (preferably in the medical or insurance industry);
- Highly organized with the ability to multi-task effectively;
- Excellent attention to detail;
- A proactive problem-solving attitude;
- Strong skills in Office 365, proficiency in Word and Excel, numeracy skills, accurate data entry and typing, and database management skills;
- A proven ability to work within a team;
- Knowledge of medical terminology, workers' compensation, personal injury processes/legislation, medicolegal, and/or life insurance industry experience is desirable but not essential.
