Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop comprehensive procurement strategies
  • Assess cost-reduction opportunities using client spend data and contracts
  • Deliver cost-reduction projects including strategic sourcing, direct negotiations, and process improvements
  • Collaborate in project delivery teams to optimise and upskill client procurement functions
  • Lead project teams depending on experience and skill level
  • Help shape the strategic direction of our practice
  • Build business cases for procurement transformation initiatives
  • Support the development of digital procurement capabilities
  • Assist with sales, marketing, systems and business development
  • Foster a high-performing, flexible and inclusive team culture

Roles can be based in Brisbane or Sydney.

About You:
  • Degree qualified in Business, Accounting, Finance, Supply Chain or a related field
  • At least 2 years of consulting experience (procurement preferred but not essential)
  • Understanding of end-to-end procurement processes and systems
  • Experience leading teams in complex projects or ability to demonstrate leadership potential
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency
  • Ability to interpret data and uncover opportunities
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Team-oriented mindset and desire to contribute meaningfully
  • Interest in building a career in procurement consulting
