Strategic Investor Relations Specialist

Our company is seeking a skilled Investor Relations professional to support the growth and development of our investor relations initiatives. This role involves working closely with the Investor Relations team to prepare regular reports, conduct comprehensive reviews of investor Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation, and ensure compliance with regulations.
">Key Responsibilities- Prepare and distribute accurate and timely investor reports that meet regulatory requirements.
- Conduct thorough reviews of KYC documentation to identify any potential issues or areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of regulatory obligations and ensure adherence to all relevant requirements.
- Support the development and implementation of investor communication strategies to maintain strong relationships with existing investors and attract new ones.
- Manage and organize essential investor-related documents and records in a secure and compliant manner.
- Generate ad-hoc reports as needed by the team, management, or regulatory bodies, using data analytics and other tools to provide insights and recommendations.
- Engage professionally with existing and prospective investors, building strong relationships and providing exceptional service.
- Assist in planning and organizing investor meetings, webinars, and events to foster engagement and education.
- Develop relationships with institutional and financial advisory groups to expand our investor network.
- Maintain comprehensive records of investor interactions and events, including minutes and follow-up actions.
- Conduct background research on potential investors to inform decision-making and optimize investment opportunities.
- Stay informed about industry trends, investor sentiments, and competitive analysis to provide valuable insights to the team.
- Contribute to marketing materials for capital-raising efforts, including presentations and promotional content, to effectively communicate our value proposition.
The ideal candidate will have tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Property, or Finance, experience in a similar role, intermediate to advanced MS Office Suites skills, excellent organizational skills, and ability to prioritize conflicting deadlines. They should also be able to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team, demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and possess a passion for delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced environment.
