Key Responsibilities:

  • CRM Development: Customise CRM fields, views, workflows, and reports; develop plugins and integrations.
  • Integration & Data Management: Ensure seamless workflows across systems, manage data quality, and support migrations.
  • Optimisation & Troubleshooting: Enhance system performance and troubleshoot issues.
  • User Support & Documentation: Provide CRM training, user support, and documentation.
  • Collaboration: Work with analysts and project managers to prioritise and deliver CRM updates on time.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 3-5 years as a CRM Developer, preferably with platforms like Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics 365.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in CRM languages (e.g., JavaScript, .NET, SQL), CRM APIs, plugins, and integration techniques.
  • Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving and collaboration abilities.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, depending on location and experience.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of automation tools: Familiarity with Power Automate and Agile methodologies is an asset.
  • Relevant CRM certifications: Salesforce Developer or Microsoft Dynamics Certified Professional certification is preferred.
