Senior Marketing Professional Opportunity

The Senior Marketing Manager role involves leading the overall marketing strategy for a venue, collaborating closely with senior team members to drive core marketing and sales activities.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop effective marketing strategies to enhance engagement and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Cultivate a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the Venue's and sub-brands' objectives.
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners, ensuring a deep understanding of marketing goals and their alignment with business priorities.
  • Work collaboratively with the Group Head of Marketing and office team to plan and execute campaigns, activations, and partnerships with key suppliers.
  • Maintain open communication with all stakeholders to ensure seamless execution of marketing projects and campaigns.
  • Identify and develop new project opportunities that align with business and marketing objectives.
  • Manage and produce photo/video shoots, including planning, styling, talent sourcing, and on-site assistance for photographers and videographers.

Necessary Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in hospitality, film, fashion, media, entertainment, or retail is highly valued.
  • Skill in Canva or Adobe Creative Suite is advantageous (though not mandatory), as well as experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or CRM management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential.
  • A self-motivated, organized individual with a proven ability to take ownership and deliver results is required.
  • Must have a valid driver's license and be flexible with travel requirements.
