The Food and Beverage Manager is a key leadership role within our organization, responsible for overseeing the strategic direction of Food and Beverage outlets and conference & event venues.

This leader coordinates effective communication channels between teams, guests, and other departments. They are visible and approachable during peak service times, leading team meetings, coaching staff, and empowering them to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

We strive to be a market leader in hospitality, leisure, and entertainment, driven by our values of empowerment, possibilities, and community. Our goals include revenue growth ahead of the market and business transformation.

Key responsibilities include:

  • IDentifying and growing revenue streams across all food & beverage departments.
  • Ensuring efficient control systems for stock, inventory, requisition, and expenditure are in place.
  • Analyzing departmental F&B P&L statements, including food and beverage spend per cover and POR, departmental profit margins, and profit and loss modeling for events and promotions.

The successful candidate will also oversee forecasting revenue and labor costs for peak periods, develop marketing initiatives, and analyze potential profits for special events such as holidays.

Compliance with COVID Safe protocols, WHS, hygienic food handling, and RSA practices is essential.
