We are seeking a seasoned Store Manager to lead our Wollongong store, driving sales growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

About the Role
  • Oversee daily store operations and inspire your team to achieve peak performance.
  • Promote a premium customer experience through proactive service delivery.
  • Mentor and develop your team in product knowledge and client care.
  • Recruit, onboard, manage performance reviews and development plans for team members.
  • Plan rosters and ensure accurate payroll/timesheet management.
  • Develop visually appealing merchandising and visual standards that reflect our brand identity.
  • Analyse sales trends, plan promotions and maintain optimal inventory levels.
  • Liaise with shopping centre management and external suppliers.
Requirements
  • Proven retail or store management experience (beauty/fashion industry preferred).
  • Able to lead, motivate and develop high-performing teams.
  • Strong commercial acumen with a proven track record of driving sales results.
  • Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
  • A genuine passion for beauty, trends and delivering exceptional customer service.
