You will be responsible for tracking key metrics, gathering insights from the right teams, and analyzing data to get a well-rounded picture of how our customers experience our site and what we can improve.

Whether it's coordinating an A/B test, enhancing the UX of our product detail pages or streamlining the checkout experience, you will oversee projects that make a real impact.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate digital projects from start to finish, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, develop project plans, and track progress.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and make recommendations to enhance the customer experience.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
  • Collaborate with the creative team on design and execution of new campaigns and landing pages.
  • Facilitate project kickoffs, status updates, and retrospectives to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of experience in a related coordination role.
  • Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban.
