Brewery Job Opportunity

Job Role Overview

You will be responsible for a range of tasks including:

  • BREWING: Effective use of brewhouse equipment, consistency with brews (including hitting targets and specifications) and ability to follow recipes.
  • Participating in our sensory panel.
  • Effective and thorough cleaning of all equipment used before and after every task.
  • Monitoring and recording beer fermentation at all stages.
  • Transferring finished beer.

We expect that every task undertaken is completed with the utmost degree of care and precaution for your own personal safety and that of the other employees working alongside you. Beer quality is always at the forefront of your approach to the entire process.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 1 year's experience in a similar role.
  • A demonstrated safety-first approach.
  • Problem-solving mindset.
  • Strong work ethic and passion for beer.
  • Positive, collaborative and solution-focused outlook.
