Exciting Graduate Opportunity in Closure & Remediation

We are seeking a talented graduate to join our dynamic Closure and Remediation team. As a member of this team, you will have exposure to diverse sectors and work environments, laying the foundation for a successful and enduring career.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Support: Assist senior engineers in planning, designing, and executing projects, preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, and panel submissions.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
  • Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
  • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
  • Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • A recent graduate or one graduating before February 2026 of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, or Environmental Science.
  • Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
  • Previous student vacation/internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
  • Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries highly desired.
  • Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
  • Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
  • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
  • Excellent rapport building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
