About the Role
At Egis / Engeny, we present an outstanding full-time two-year graduate program designed to cultivate a varied set of knowledge and skills.

We are seeking a talented, motivated, and innovative Graduate to join our dynamic and high-performing Closure & Remediation team in Brisbane for 2026
Key Responsibilities :
Project Support: Assist Senior Engineers in planning, designing, and executing civil, environmental, geotechnical, and closure & remediation projects, preparing tenders, pre-qualifications, panel submissions.
Data Analysis: Collect and analyse data to support team decisions and project outcomes.
Technical Research: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements to ensure our engineering solutions are cutting-edge.
Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to ensure project success.
Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, reports, and drawings.
Problem Solving: Identify and solve engineering problems to improve processes and product quality.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.
What do we need from you
Recent graduate or graduating before Feb 2026 of a tertiary degree in Civil / Geotechnical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, Agricultural Engineering, Environmental Science.
Relevant work rights to live and work full-time in Australia.
Previous student vacation / internship experience ideally in a consulting environment highly desired.
Experience working within a team in retail, hospitality, or customer service industries highly desired.
Possesses a strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
Are innovative thinkers and problem-solvers.
Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
Excellent rapport-building skills and desire to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
