Job Description

This program is designed to foster a more skilled and diverse workforce by providing opportunities for First Nations graduates.

The Policy Futures graduate will have the chance to explore various policy environments, rotating across different departments within the Queensland Government.

They will gain exposure to complex policy issues, working alongside experts in their field.

During the program, graduates will participate in structured learning and development activities, ensuring they acquire the necessary skills to tackle policy challenges effectively.

Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for motivated and passionate individuals who desire to make a positive impact in Queensland.

Graduates from diverse academic backgrounds are encouraged to apply, as the policy field values input from various disciplines.

Previous graduates have come from a range of fields, including law, economics, creative industries, social work, and mathematics.
