Job Title

  • Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and professional development plans.
  • Provide daily direction, constructive feedback, and coaching to ensure your team can handle complex technical inquiries and provide accurate expert advice.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1+ years of experience in a customer service management or team leadership role, preferably in the trade or technical industry.
  • Proven Bachelor Degree or Equivalent.
  • Experience in developing customer service procedures, SLAs, and performance metrics is highly desirable.
