Road Trip Support Specialist

Become a trusted voice at the end of the line, ready to provide exceptional support and guidance to guests during their road trips.
As a customer service representative, you will be responsible for:
- Collaborating with other departments to address vehicle-related issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Negotiating solutions that meet business requirements while ensuring a seamless guest experience.
- Providing regular updates on incident status and repair progress to guests.
- Working closely with colleagues to minimize vehicle repair time and adhere to standard practices.
- Flexibility is key as you will be required to work various shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm.
To excel in this role, it is essential to have:
- Significant call centre experience and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style that builds trust and rapport with guests.
- Strong problem-solving and effective time management skills to efficiently manage competing priorities.
- Comfort with following processes and intermediate computer skills to access relevant systems and tools.
- A friendly, positive attitude, with a bonus point for a genuine interest in road trips.
- Some mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
