Customer Service Advisor

We are seeking a friendly and professional Customer Service Advisor to join our team. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our customers via phone, email, and in-person.

Your primary objective will be to assist guests during their road trips, ensuring that they have a memorable experience with our company. Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Guest Support: Provide timely and effective support to guests, addressing any issues or concerns they may have.
  2. Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate with guests to ensure the best possible experience while meeting business requirements.
  3. Incident Management: Manage incidents effectively, keeping guests informed about solutions and repair progress.
  4. Repair Coordination: Minimize vehicle repair time, ensuring repairs adhere to standard practices.
  5. Flexibility: Work shifts across 7 days between 6am and 8pm, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

To excel in this role, you should possess:

  1. Call centre experience and a commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
  2. Excellent interpersonal skills and an empathetic communication style.
  3. Strong problem-solving and effective time management skills.
  4. Comfort with following processes and intermediate computer skills.
  5. A friendly, positive attitude, with a passion for helping others.
  6. Some mechanical knowledge is beneficial but not essential.
