About the Role:
  • Manage the effective operations of the college, ensuring optimal use and maintenance of facilities, plant, and assets.
  • Develop systems to initiate, plan, implement, coordinate, and deliver operational processes, incorporating facility, plant, asset management, and maintenance with RTO partners.
  • Manage student recruitment processes and ensure efficient operation of administrative functions.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures that align with the college's strategic goals.

• Collaborate with RTO partners to deliver high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders.

• Lead a team to achieve operational goals and objectives, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in management, budgeting, and operations of a large and complex organization.

• High-level communication and management skills, with the ability to work with diverse groups of people and prioritize tasks effectively.

• Proven track record of delivering high-quality services to internal and external stakeholders in a complex organizational setting.
