About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Midwife to join our Practice Support Midwifery team at ACT Health. As a Clinical Education and Leadership Midwife, you will provide educational and clinical support to student midwives across antenatal, intrapartum and postnatal care services, as well as continuity of care models.
You will work in partnership with the University of Canberra to support their midwifery students as they grow and develop. This is an excellent opportunity to share your expertise and make a meaningful contribution to the development of future midwives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide educational and clinical support to student midwives
- Work in partnership with the University of Canberra to support midwifery students
- Develop and implement clinical education programs
- Contribute to the development of midwifery services and policies
Requirements:
- Registered Midwife qualification
- Experience in clinical education and leadership
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
