Recruitment Specialist

As a Recruitment Specialist, you'll work from our Victoria Park head office in a standard Mon-Fri roster (or 8:6 roster depending on preference). Your key responsibilities will include sourcing, screening, and mobilizing key trades for major resource projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities
• Actively recruit trades-based personnel for our major resource projects
• Engage with existing pipelines and previous Monadelphous employees
• Source from recruitment database (Avature) and various sourcing tools
• Mobilize candidates to major projects throughout Australia
• Provide a high level of candidate care
• Ensure the recruitment database is kept updated and maintained to be as accurate as possible
