Key Responsibilities- Recruitment and Selection: Support the growth of our organization by providing dedicated recruitment services to our clients, including preparing and placing advertisements, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and verifying references.
- Candidate Pooling and Market Research: Identify and engage with potential candidates, conduct market research to understand their expectations, and maintain a comprehensive database of candidates.
- Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their recruitment needs are met and exceeded.
- Travel and Site Visits: Travel to sites with the Operations Manager and Managing Director to conduct site inspections, OH&S inspections, and other related activities.
- Experience: Previous recruitment experience, preferably within the Mining, Trades, Facilities Management & Maintenance, Oil & Gas, Engineering, and Maintenance sectors.
- Skills: Highly organized and task-oriented, with excellent presentation and communication skills, strong computer skills, and a strong work ethic.
