Job SummaryWe are seeking a Recruitment Specialist to join our Corporate division, working from our Victoria Park head office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and mobilizing key trades for major resource projects across Australia.
Key Responsibilities- Actively recruit trades-based personnel for our major resource projects
- Engage with existing pipelines and previous Monadelphous employees
- Sourcing from recruitment database (Avature) and various sourcing tools
- Mobilize candidates to major projects throughout Australia
- Provide a high level of candidate care
- Ensure that the recruitment database is kept updated and maintained to be as accurate as possible

We're seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist with:
