About the Role
In this role, you'll manage electrical services design and documentation with the Directors, following company policies and job management systems. You'll ensure timely information flow, manage project risks, and build client relationships. Responsibilities include:

  1. Client communication and relationship building
  2. Site inspections and meetings
  3. Electrical calculations and design input
  4. Contract administration and coordination
  5. Coordinating multi-service drawings with AutoCAD

Requirements for this Role

  • Manage project risks formally and proactively
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and manage expectations
  • Conduct site inspections and meetings to ensure project progress
  • Perform electrical calculations and provide strategic design input
  • Provide solutions to issues and contribute to schedules and specifications
  • Handle contract administration, including checking shop drawings, answering RFIs, and site inspections
  • Draft using AutoCAD as needed and coordinate multi-service drawings
