About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Electrical Automation Engineer to join our Operations division. As a Graduate Automation Specialist, you will provide technical and engineering support to our varied sites in electrical and controls, either in-person or via remote support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and manage risks
  • Analyse data and problem solve issues
  • Ensure systems are up to date and maintained in an active life cycle
  • Manage or contribute to continuous improvement projects
  • Capital projects and shutdown work, with the potential to enhance your leadership skills and supervise small teams

About You

We are looking for a candidate with a genuine interest and passion in electrical engineering and automation. You will have or be close to completing a Bachelor of Electrical Engineering, Mechatronic Engineering or related degree. You should have experience working in a team environment, be able to build rapport and great relationships with a wide variety of people, and be resilient, tenacious and enjoy analysing data and problem solving.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary package of $88,000 - $91,000, plus many other benefits including novated leasing, product discounts, EAP programs and parental leave. You will also have the opportunity to learn from people who are experts in their field and want to share their knowledge.
