About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Workshop Administrator to join our team at Green by Nature. As a key member of our workshop team, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficient operation of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and coordinate workshop activities, including fleet management, maintenance, and repairs.
  • Assist with the implementation of new systems and processes, including SAP integration.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure timely scheduling and coordination of service and fault repair bookings.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of fleet tracking, purchase orders, and financial reporting.
  • Provide administrative support to the Workshop Manager, including budget management and ad-hoc tasks.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in workshop administration or a similar role.
  • Familiarity with SAP and/or willingness to learn new software systems.
  • Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments.
