About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate Occupational Therapist to join our team at ORS Group. As a key member of our NDIS division, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality clinical services to participants aged 0-65 with various diagnoses and disability types.

As an Occupational Therapist with ORS Group, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients, conducting assessments and interventions that promote independence, skill building, and environmental modifications. You will work closely with our team of experienced therapists and support staff to ensure the best possible outcomes for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments and interventions for clients with various diagnoses and disability types
  • Develop and implement individualized plans to promote independence and skill building
  • Collaborate with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Work with our team to identify and address environmental barriers and modifications
  • Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay up-to-date with best practices and industry developments

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client-facing role
