About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Occupational Therapist to join our team as a Team Leader. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of Occupational Therapists and providing clinical guidance and support to ensure the delivery of high-quality services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of Occupational Therapists and provide clinical guidance and support
  • Develop and implement clinical strategies and interventions to improve client outcomes
  • Conduct quality assurance reviews and provide feedback to team members
  • Deliver training and induction programs to new team members
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders

Requirements
  • Tertiary qualifications in Occupational Therapy
  • Registration or ability to become registered with AHPRA
  • A car and licence
  • A National Police Clearance, Working With Children/Working with Vulnerable People Check & NDIS Worker Screening Clearance or able to get one for a client facing role (or willingness to obtain one before commencement)
