Key Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Governance Lawyer to provide expert legal advice on a broad range of matters.

The successful candidate will have experience in one or more areas of law, including privacy, environmental, commercial and/or public law.

Responsibilities include:

  • Providing timely expert advice on complex legal, legislative and policy issues;
  • Evaluating legislative proposals and providing high-quality analysis;
  • Operating in a high-pressure, high-volume environment with tight deadlines.
Requirements

To be considered for this role, you must have:

  • Admission or eligibility for admission as a legal practitioner to the Supreme Court of NSW;
  • A strong understanding of constitutional or administrative law is highly desirable.
