Key Store Operations Role

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking individual to join our store team as a Key Store Operations Team Member.

This role involves ensuring a seamless shopping experience for customers through efficient transaction handling, accurate stock management, and maintaining a well-organized store environment.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Scanning items and completing transactions with accuracy and speed
  • Replenishing shelves to maintain a tidy store appearance
  • Processing returns and replacements in a timely manner
  • Participating in stocktake processes and maintaining accurate inventory records
  • Providing excellent customer service through phone calls and face-to-face interactions
  • Picking and packing orders efficiently
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment through daily housekeeping tasks
