Care Support Associate

We are seeking a Casual Site Support Officer to provide vital support across our three residential aged care facilities. This casual role is available for an immediate start, with shifts scheduled Monday to Friday.
This role is essential in ensuring our facilities run smoothly and remain safe, clean, and comfortable for residents. You will assist with stock management, general upkeep, and resident support.
- Receive and verify stock deliveries, manage inventory, and ensure proper stock rotation.
- Conduct waste removal across the facilities.
- Handle linen restocking, waste removal, and furniture movement.
- Assist with resident care, including manual handling, and maintain equipment and areas.
- Support basic maintenance and food service functions as needed.
- Assist and monitor call bells, battery schedules, ongoing maintenance, and setup of fall prevention equipment.
- Complete documentation accurately and stay updated with internal communications.
Ideal candidates will have strong organisational skills, experience in maintenance, stock management, and a compassionate approach to resident care.
