Supportive Care Worker

We are seeking a Supportive Care Worker to provide exceptional care to our seniors in residential aged care homes.
About the Role
- Deliver compassionate and person-centered care to residents with dignity and respect.
- Build positive relationships with residents, staff, and their families by actively promoting a supportive culture.
- Maintain confidentiality at all times associated with documentation and communications.
- Meet Aged Care Standards through effective work practices.
- Work collaboratively as an individual and within a team.
Your Requirements
- A Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or studying BA Nursing.
- A current First Aid Certificate, with ongoing requirement.
- Effective communication skills for accurate documentation and interpersonal interactions.
- The ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
