Warehouse and Logistics Specialist

Our company is a leader in well construction and production, with innovative physical and digital solutions that improve efficiency, production, and maximize reservoir value. Our Warehouse Team oversees the delivery and receivership of our energy products, packing and processing orders for global on-site and offshore locations to ensure accurate and successful delivery.

The Warehouse and Yard Associate will execute standard processes and procedures for warehouse and yard activities, including receiving, storage, yard management, preservation, accuracy, and delivery of inventory/equipment to internal and external customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Liaising with AMO/Manufacturing/Service Delivery/Logistics/Quality as needed to ensure timely delivery and shipments.
  • Performing data entry into respective systems timely and accurately.
  • Executing 6S (Sort, Set in Order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain, and Safety) plan and performing physical inventory and asset verification (CC/API).
  • Keeping work areas of the facility in a safe, clean, and organized manner at all times in accordance with 6S checklist.
  • Providing coaching to other technicians in areas of proven competence.

Requirements:

  • High School Certificates or equivalent Diploma with 1-2 years' experience in Warehousing/Supply Chain.
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50 lbs and ability to operate a forklift while loading or unloading freight.
  • Possess basic written communication skills.
  • Oriented towards obtaining CMP in Warehouse & Yard sub-functions such as Shipping-Domestic and International, Receiving, Warehouse/Storeroom, and Yard.
