Research Expert

Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Research Expert to contribute to our groundbreaking project: "Advancing Workplace Gender Equality through Effective Allyship."

In this role, you will collaborate with senior researchers to design and implement impactful studies, analyse data, publish in leading journals, and support student supervision.

You will also have opportunities to engage with industry and community partners, secure research funding, and contribute to our broader academic mission.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • PhD (completed or near completion) in psychology or a related discipline
  • Demonstrated experience in conducting qualitative and/or quantitative research
  • Proven skills in analysing qualitative and/or quantitative data
  • Track record of disseminating research findings
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
Desirable Qualifications
  • Experience with website content analysis, interviews, or longitudinal survey methods
  • Experience engaging with stakeholders and mentoring research students
