Day Program Team Leader

A skilled and dedicated professional is sought to deliver exceptional support and drive results in our Day Programs.

  • This role involves providing functional support, enhancing the patient experience, and driving process improvements throughout the patient's admission.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Reporting to the Administration Manager, you will be accountable for:
  • Delivering functional support
  • Driving process enhancements
  • Enhancing the patient experience
Requirements:
  • A motivated, energetic, and flexible team player with high professionalism
  • Previous experience in a clerical position within a healthcare setting
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as required
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Sound computer proficiency in Microsoft programs
  • Ability to complete tasks within designated timeframes
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills
