The role of a Unit Coordinator is multifaceted and demanding, requiring an individual who can excel in various areas.

Job Description
  • Provide daily support to a dynamic on-air team, ensuring seamless operations and efficient workflow.
  • Develop and maintain staff rosters, contributor agreements, and staff engagements, guaranteeing compliance with regulations and policies.
  • Pull together reports and briefings, sharing updates with the team, and offer on-the-spot training when necessary.

In this pivotal role, you'll be responsible for lending a hand with bookings and budgets for content projects, live events, and outside broadcasts.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A natural communicator with strong organisational skills, able to juggle priorities and hit deadlines without breaking a sweat.
  • Confident with Microsoft Office, possessing a background in rostering or logistics, and ideally experienced with payroll systems and SAP Finance.
