Are you passionate about human resources and looking for a role that will challenge and inspire you? This volunteer position offers the chance to work with a team of like-minded individuals, making a real difference in the lives of young people.

As a Human Resources Officer, you will be responsible for managing a dynamic team, recruiting and training new members, and providing support and guidance where needed. You will have the opportunity to develop your skills and experience in a fast-paced environment, working closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to achieve our goals.

This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates who are looking to gain practical experience in human resources. You will have the chance to work on real-world projects, develop your skills and knowledge, and make a positive impact on the community.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of volunteers, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Recruit and train new team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Work closely with the Chief Human Resources Officer to achieve our goals and objectives

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Organizational and time management skills
  • Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices
