About the Role

This is a key leadership position within our organization, responsible for overseeing the Power Platform governance, user community support, solutions development, and user skills development. As a subject matter expert, you will work closely with business teams and Power BI champions to drive the adoption of Power Platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain Power Platform governance frameworks, including application life cycle management, development standards, and deployment standards.
  • Collaborate with the Global Architecture team to identify opportunities for extending the Power Platform toolset and components to meet business requirements.
  • Provide design assurance for visualizations built by product development teams.
  • Stay up-to-date with Microsoft releases and identify opportunities to leverage them within the business.
About You
  • You hold a Microsoft certification and/or an undergraduate degree in a related field.
  • You have extensive experience in the Microsoft Power Platform, including PowerBI, PowerApps, and Power Automate.
  • You have a proven track record of developing new PowerApps model and canvas-driven apps, as well as enhancing existing apps, including the use of Dataverse as a data source.
  • You have experience automating business processes with Microsoft Power Automate.
  • You have the ability to create custom connectors for Microsoft Power Platform.
  • You have experience with API or Rest services integrations.
  • You have a solid understanding of implementing solutions with multiple data sources.
  • You have experience providing Power BI reports and dashboards development and support.
  • You have a solid understanding of creating SQL Server database tables and stored procedures.
  • You have experience working on agile projects.
  • You have great communication skills and the ability to tailor your message and language to your audience.
  • You have strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex business requirements into solid advice for the customer.
  • You have the ability to work in dynamic, multi-functional teams within the organization and its ecosystem.
  • You have demonstrable working experience in a business analyst/software engineering/technical engineer position.
