Mental Health Support Professional

This position involves supporting students with mild to moderate mental health concerns by providing one-on-one and group counseling services.
Developing strategies to promote student wellbeing and resilience is a key responsibility of this role, working closely with existing school support teams to enhance the overall wellbeing and mental health support available to students. Regular supervision and comprehensive induction are provided for new staff members, as well as opportunities for professional development.
- Support students with their wellbeing needs through individual and group counseling sessions.
- Collaborate with schools' established support teams to provide enhanced wellbeing and mental health services.
