Clinic Operations Manager

This role is well-suited to individuals with a background in practice management, clinic operations, or NDIS administrative coordination.

  • Providing guidance and assistance to Clinic Team Leaders by reviewing clinic data and emphasizing areas for improvement.
  • Ensuring clinic compliance obligations are being managed: client records are complete and up-to-date.
  • Covering CTL absences to support the clinic team.

You will be someone who:

  • Maintains a high level of attention to detail and follows through on tasks.
  • Communicates clearly and professionally with both clinicians and clients.
  • Works effectively under pressure, balancing competing priorities.
  • Values structure and consistency but can adapt to evolving needs.
  • Has a strong sense of accountability and understands the importance of data integrity, process compliance, and operational performance.
Key Responsibilities

The following key responsibilities encompass the core duties and expectations of this position:

  • Reviewing clinic data to identify areas for improvement and providing guidance to Clinic Team Leaders.
  • Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements by maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records.
  • Providing coverage for CTL absences to ensure continuity of care and support for the clinic team.
Requirements

The following skills and qualifications are required for this position:

  • Demonstrated experience in scheduling or rostering.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
  • Solid computer knowledge and experience in using various IT systems, such as Lumary, Skedulo, or Salesforce.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to deal with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills to create logical and practical solutions.
